Shipping & Returns

Shipping - United States

We are proud to say we ship your products safely and the least expensive way possible. Depending on the weight, size and type of package, your products will be sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail® or USPS First-Class Mail®. Please allow one to three business days for order processing plus an additional one to five business days for transit time. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please email us at melissa@melissabenson.co.

Shipping - International

We provide international shipping via our Etsy shop. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Bulk Orders

We welcome bulk orders! If your order contains an amount you would consider “bulk”, please email us at melissa@melissabenson.co for a bulk pricing list and a custom shipping quote. 

Returns & Exchanges

To help avoid returns, please make sure you read the full product descriptions before making your purchase. If you have questions about a product, please email us at melissa@melissabenson.co before you place your order. If for some reason you are not happy with a product you received, we are willing to process a return for your order. In order to qualify for a return:

  1. The product must be unused.

  2. You must email melissa@melissabenson.co within one week of your receipt of the product. Your email should include your name, order number and reason for return.

  3. Once you are given return instructions, your return order must be postmarked within two weeks of your receipt of the product.

A refund will be issued to you, but shipping costs to return the item will not be. You are responsible for those. 

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. A return must be processed and then you can reorder.

Sale and clearance items do not qualify for returns. All sale and clearance purchases are final.

We pack every product with extreme care, but should your merchandise arrive damaged, please send a picture of the damaged product(s) within one week of your receipt of the product(s) to melissa@melissabenson.co immediately, along with your name and order number, for a full refund.
