Hey, I don’t know where you find yourself today: uncertain, unphased, fearful, bored, confused, hopeful. One thing I do know, this message was on the Father’s heart 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘶𝘴 for such a time as this.
I had no idea when I sent this Tee out to be printed a month ago that we’d be in the middle of quarantines and lock downs. I’ve had it in my hands the last two weeks, in fact, arriving before things really began to unfold. I’ve been waiting on just the right moment to share it. Maybe when the weather warmed up, I thought.
But honestly, I can’t think of a better time than right now.
The thing about God-given hope is that it’s not dismissive of reality; it just chooses to focus on a greater one.
It doesn’t push aside the obvious and pretend like everything is without concern; it just puts truth above what’s true.
Hope in the midst of dim circumstances is not denial or naivety.
It's an expectation that there is still gold to be found all around and that your best days really are still yet to be.
Light of the world, we have every reason to get and keep our hopes up!
